Following on from the success of previous seminars we have held on Employment Law topics, Moray Employment Law (MEL) invite you to join us for a free Breakfast Seminar in Elgin for local employers.
The main topic is an “Employment Law Update” and the main presenter will be our Head of Legal Services, Adelle Morris.
Employment Law undergoes planned changes on 1st April and 1st October in each year and this is a good chance to catch up on what has changed recently and what further developments are not far off down the line.
As well as changes in legislation, there are also new cases being reported frequently from Courts and Tribunals. This Seminar will provide you with an opportunity to keep up to date with recent case law which could have an impact on your business.
The Seminar takes place on Wednesday 29th November at The Inkwell, Francis Place, Elgin.
There will be teas/coffees/pastries served from 8am. The Seminar starts at 8.30am and finishes at 9.30am.
There will be time for questions and discussion after the Seminar.
